Chris Burke
Erin Neal
Erin Neal's Bio
My landscaping career began straight out of high school, working with Foxborough Landscaping. I then furthered my love of the outdoors while attending Northland College in Ashland, Wisconsin; studying Outdoor Education.
After several years out of the industry, I was drawn back in when I joined TDH Nurseries and Landscaping in 2006. During my thirteen years with TDH, I gained my PFA and Applicators licenses while supervising crews and the production office staff.
My career then took me to North Carolina, where I concentrated on learning as much about irrigation as possible. Once back in Maryland, I moved into distribution of landscape supplies and took the time to advance my knowledge of agronomics, lighting and irrigation. As time wore on, I knew I needed to be back in the field, where I could interact with crews and get my hands dirty once again.
In my off time, I enjoy spending time in my gardens, playing disc golf and traveling with my husband and daughter.

Rob Humphreys
Rob Humphreys's Bio
His earliest exposure to ornamental gardening came during a grade school field trip to Sherwood Gardens to see the tulips — an experience that still reminds him of Candyland.
After returning to college and graduating from Towson State University, Rob decided on a career change and applied for a crew position at Pinehurst Landscape Company, where he worked from 1997 until 2004.
It was there that Rob developed a love for the Green Industry and horticulture, mentored and encouraged by Corey Branch, Wink Rupprecht, Donny Mosby and Fred Weidel. While working on a crew during the day, he attended evening horticulture classes at CCBC and earned certification as a Certified Professional Horticulturist.
For the next nineteen years, Rob worked at Mullan Nursery Company as a foreman, gaining hands-on experience with grading and drainage, low-voltage lighting and holiday lighting and décor. When Pinehurst acquired the company, he returned to familiar roots — and is thrilled to be part of such a wonderful team once again.
