Case Study Historic Guilford Residence

A sloping lawn has now been transformed into terraced living spaces.

Truly a new beginning for this property in the historic Baltimore neighborhood of Guilford!    A sloping lawn has now been transformed into terraced living spaces which connect to the house on various levels.  A re-imagined parking court and front walkway enhance the formality of the house’s architecture while incorporating modern and traditional materials.  We immensely enjoyed being part of a collaborative effort to transform this property into a contemporary landscape through the incorporation of traditional materials and techniques.
